#HOW TO ORDER

Customer / Distributors Can Order Directly From HCSK©.

- Products May Be Picked Up At The HCSK© HQ Or You Can Have It Delivered To Your Home.

- Orders Can Be Placed Through Voice Call, Via SMS, Email And Webpage.

Voice Call And Via SMS Is The Automated 24-Hour Ordering And Enquiries Service (12pm - 2pm), While Email And Webpage Is The Ordering Facility Via The Internet.

1. Write Your Name And Contact Number On The Title Form.

2. Write Your ID Code (If Any) To Ensure Discount Credited To Correct Identity.

3. Indicate The Full Name, Tel. No, And Address To Which You Want The Order Delivered (For Delivery Orders)

4. Fill In The Stock Item, Colour, Quantity And Details.

5. "Sub-Total" Is The Amount Of Money That You Must Remit With Your Order.
